We had a very positive experience with our purchase of RDolan built house in early 2022. The house was completed on schedule, which was very important to us at the time, and all components, from design and construction to after-sales support, were outstanding. Ryan, Ron, and Joel were absolutely great at making sure that a few of our concerns with small glitches, mostly with appliances and the landscaping, were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction, so that we could enjoy our home comfortably. After two years of living in our house, we are very happy with the choice we made.
UPDATE (Feb, 2025): After almost 3 years of living in the house built by RDolan, we continue to enjoy it immensely! We have nothing but the best words to describe quality of construction, after-sales support, and the overall functionality. They are high-quality builders, they genuinely want satisfied customers, and we appreciate it very much.

There is not enough space here to tell you how happy we were with Dolan Construction. From the planning right until completion Ron and his crew were amazing. From the foundation to the roof the craftsmanship is superior.
Every trade that was used by Ron, whether it be roofing or electrical, they all maintained the same high standards that Ron does.
We had one small issue with our countertop cracking and even though the company who installed it wouldn’t go good for it Ron had it replaced!!

In 2018 we contracted R Dolan Construction to build our custom home. During the project our choice was confirmed time and again with Ron’s ability to listen and with his pragmatic nature, and we developed a high level of trust and confidence in him and his employees.

Ron’s project manager Ty, and their construction team were excellent to work with throughout the process. The job site was always kept clean and organized, communication was excellent and when they required decisions from us they always gave us lots of lead time. Of course, we added and changed some things during construction which they happily accommodated and kept good records for reconciliation on completion.

The project finished on time and on budget and the quality of workmanship and detail was excellent. Ron has periodically checked in and has been happy to address any post completion issues. Ron and his team understand the difficult balancing act clients must do to walk the line between their budget and dreams when building their home and were incredibly helpful in guiding us to fulfill our vision.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire R. Dolan Construction to build our home and wouldn’t work with anyone else if we were to build again.
