Worst coop you will ever deal with, members don't want to run on the board if other members are on it, the place is full of mould. The members who run it are all power hungry lazy obese people who only talk about the local restaurants in the area. This place is so mismanaged its not even funny. The committees are incompetant and the one who used to run the maintenance didn't seem to know how to plaster holes in walls but yet was the lead on renovations? Terrible place to live, leaky, mouldy, old and unsafe, full of mice and rodents.

Worst Co op ever to deal with, after an interview, a month later they asked our family to view the unit. We liked the size of the unit and said yes we would be moving than 3 days before the end of the month, I receive an email stating that one of the internal member liked the suite so they will now offer it to her. Just utter disregard and disrespect to our family.
It doesn't end here, I receive another email from another member stating that they apologize for what happened and would like to offer us a suite so go through the drill again of looking at the unit and guess what happens, the same story that they will be offering the unit to another family. I have tried to call and asked to speak to the chair of the community but had absolutely no response back. I will write to the Federal Government of this incident, informing them how community members are irresponsible and abusing their power in mistreating families . I will also be making a formal complaint to the CHF BC.
