I’m hesitant to share this review for fear of our Credit Union becoming too popular and getting inundated with new members thus possibly affecting the service levels. But I’m willing to bet, regardless of how many new people joined GVCCU or how much new business they garnered, their awesome levels of service would remain as high as any financial institution could be. The individuals that work at this Branch (and the other branches) are as nice as can be yet super professional and efficient while performing their duties. They’re very knowledgeable and well-trained, making for quick and painless transactions even when dealing with time-consuming business deposits. But more than that, is the personal service and familiarity that forms with a relatively small community, where they tend to know the names of near every customer that comes into the branch or if calling them over the phone they might recognize your voice and give you a warm greeting. As other banking institutions have done, they’ve always modernized to keep pace with the latest technologies and they’ve continued to attract wonderful new young bankers to compliment the senior staff. If anyone is considering a banking change, you can’t go wrong with GVCCU.

I don't use my debit card so I can chat with the office and it brightens my day. I've been banking with the Annas since they both started and they have helped me out many times, including depositing my jar of coins! Free parking in the back.

Great community credit union. Came here for some documentation update for the organization I working for. Nothing felt like a bank. The staff were very friendly.
