I’ve moved here February 2021 with my partner and we consider ourselves lucky to live in a place like this in Vancouver. It’s new built, pet-friendly, reasonable price and on top of that, we have access to beautiful walking and bike paths, plenty of outdoor space including parks, Fraser river, and stunning views of Mt Baker on clear days.

We love that our co-op has a Discord channel on which members can sell, buy, ask for help or offer help to others. We have neighbours who lend us their cat carrier and offer to take care of our cats when we were away. We’re forever grateful for that. We have a community garden as well. Members help each other to water their plots sometimes.

Though our unit is facing Marine Dr, we find our windows block street noise pretty well. It’s more like white noise when windows are closed.

Of course nothing is perfect. Internal communication can be slow sometimes but it’s understandable given the board of directors are all new to their job.

In general, we are happy with where we are right now and plan to stay here for more years!

Terrible management. The property manager has terrible attitude, replies to basic services take the Manager; Sabrina Eugene 7 days to even answer you. Its been a MONTH and basic repairs for things such as blinds they cannot even try to do. They will also try to charge you for their faulty cheap equipment wearing down and try to make you pay for it. AVOID anything managed by COHO.

This is a great place to live. There is a strong sense of community and people are friendly. It’s a short stroll to the Riverfront for a relaxing walk after a stressful day. Management is responsive and quickly fixes things. What’s great about this place is it is family friendly, kid friendly with a play park in the foyer, single person and senior person friendly with easy elevator access. It is clean and is cleaned on a regular basis. The grounds are aesthetically pleasing and is maintained by landscapers. The units house multi-talented people from varied professional backgrounds and is a multicultural hub of metro Vancouver.

Moved into this co-op in the summer of 2021 with my partner and it has been wonderful. Management has been extremely responsive to any maintenance concerns in the unit - someone even came in to show us how to change the battery in our smoke detectors and there is now an instructional video! There is low sound transference (only can hear if someone drops something on the floor above) and it's nice to feel part of a community. The neighbourhood is great, lots of places to walk nearby and some units have a view of the river and a forest!

I've lived here for a couple years so far and it's been a good experience. The units are new and clean, and management takes care of any repairs in a timely manner. I haven't needed many repairs, but any time I have it has been treated with urgency and seriousness. The co-op community is welcoming; I've actually made friends in a new apartment building as an adult, which I doubt many people can say nowadays.

Great place to live. No complaints. Everyone is friendly. When I have questions or concerns the management is quick to reply. The size of the units are great considering the price you pay monthly. In vancouver it's not easy to find something that is within budget, clean, is a safe neighborhood and is newly built etc and this place has it all. Plus you can have pets!!! Have 2 dogs and they love it!

Moved in here a few months ago and love the place. Only a few minutes walk from the riverfront, which is a very relaxing place to go for a stroll. The units are modern, spacious and well equipped. The management company are responsive and helpful. I never hear any noise from neighbours, it’s a very peaceful place.

There are currently units available in this co-op which is rare for Vancouver! I’ve lived in the east tower here (all 1br units) since March 2021 and I’ve had nothing but good experiences since. Finding pet friendly, affordable stable housing is rare in Vancouver, especially with the current housing crisis. I like that the co-op has Discord to allow communication between members/ neighbours, and it gives a sense of community that I’ve not found living elsewhere in apartments. In my experience neighbours have been respectful and generous, often helping each other out with pet sitting, errands, sharing art and goods and information. I’m not sure which building people are talking about with the poor sound barriers but I haven’t had that experience in my unit, save for the occasional bass sounds from an upstairs neighbour (to be expected living in apartments). I’ve never heard my other neighbours in the year+ I’ve lived here. I won’t be moving for a long time!
