January 30th 2025 my partner and I were driving home from nanaimo and a warning light came onto our car about our tires pressure, after googling and seeing what the light meant and that they could explode if we hit a rock or a pothole because they were over filled my partner and I became very worried and quite scared. It was pooring rain and dark out it was about 8:30pm when we pulled into the co op, as I went inside I saw the older gentle man working and asked him if he could please come and help me fix the pressure in our tires. He had been extremely friendly and helpful, he stood in the pooring rain kneeled down on the wet ground. he not only checked all of my tires pressure but then fixed it to the correct PSI it was suppose to be. And while doing so he showed me and explained what to do next time if this ever happened again. I am extremely thankful that he was working that night because I don’t know what we would have done without his assistance and knowledge. I truly believe he deserves to be praised for this kindness. And thank you again for helping us arrive home safe and sound.

I come here frequently and it seems like hot food isn’t made unless a manager or supervisor is there, no hot food on weekends rarely and definitely not on stats either lol

Majority of CO-OPs have free air, they don't.

Fair service, but was disheartened to discover they do NOT allow pets in this store. We won't be back with our little dog at this location in the future.

FYI if you're traveling with a dog and need fuel the Co-op on Bench Rd and Hwy #1 are SUPER PET FRIENDLY and the service is truly excellent.

My go too gas station. Buy a loyalty Card and save 4 percent. Clean washrooms friendly staff. Marked gas at the left pump. Tight parking lot though. Watch the signs to enter from the right direction.
