I highly recommend the pharmacy! The staff is always friendly and professional, and the service is excellent. Sheril Daniel, the pharmacist, is especially kind and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. The store is also well-equipped with three private rooms for vaccinations and other services, making the experience smooth and comfortable. This is our primary pharmacy, and we’ve always had a great experience here!

I recently visited Shoppers Drug Mart and had a wonderful experience! The store was exceptionally clean, with neat aisles and well-organized shelves, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant shopping experience. used to love this store. staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. There's a lot of things to buy, groceries, beauty items, health and wellness products, electronics, and now even produce and bakery.

However, in the past couple of months i have been treated differently by one employee named Nolan. Every time i ask for help looking for a product he always just says they don't have it. at first i believed him but then there was an instance when he told me they didn't have a product but later that day my wife came to the store and Nolan actually went to the back and found the product i was looking for. i couldn't understand why he would not check the back for me but did for my wife.
after that day i still went and shopped regularly. and its still the same thing that when i ask for something he would right away say no. it got to the point when he did not even let me finish my question and cut me off before i could tell him what I'm looking for. I then told him about that time when he didn't bother checking the backroom but did for my wife, he just shrugged at me and left.

I just cannot believe the behavior i get from him specially when instead of spamming calls to the store to check for availability, I Actually spend my time to go to the store multiple times a week to ask.

I'm not sure why he treats me differently, but I hope this changes because I like almost every other staff member in this store and I still want to shop here regularly.

I had a great shopping experience at Shoppers Drug Mart. The store is spacious, clean, and well-organized, which allows for a seamless browsing experience. I was impressed by the extensive selection available. The sales associate was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very patient with me as I took my time deciding. It’s truly a one-stop shop for all your needs with such a great variety to choose from. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

They don’t prioritize the people. They fill as people come in. We had a lady that came behind us clearly just leaving the hospital trying to get home and she waited much longer than us. She should have been out in and out first. The staff are so busy they forget to smile that they are still a business. Just used to be a friendly and informing place to get your prescription now you’re just a number.

Very disappointed in this store. Received a fragrance discovery collection as a birthday gift from my hubby 2 months ago and every single time I go in to redeem the voucher for the perfume I want, they tell me they don't have it. The last time i went in, they also asked me if I had the receipt?! I said "No of course not, it was a gift, why would someone give me the receipt for a gift that can't be returned once opened". They advised me that it cannot exchange it for a perfume without a receipt. It doesn't say anywhere on the outside of the box that a receipt is required to exchange the gift certificate for perfume and my hubby wasn't advised of this when he purchased it, or he would have kept the receipt. We've pulled all our prescriptions from here and will no longer shop here for anything after this incident. Terrible customer service.

Had new insurance plan which said wife not covered. The pharmacist that was working the clinic that day(never got his name) was determined to figure out why, then the lead pharmacist came to help, said she had same plan and got it all working!! Took a bit but they were very helpful

I would give this pharmacy a zero if I could.
I’ve been going here loyally for 6 years and it has continually gone down hill. Today was the last straw. 5 people working the pharmacy and stood there for 10 minutes before one bothered to ask if I’d been helped. I was there for 35 minutes while they tried to figure out what drawer my meds were in. By the time I was done there were 8 people behind me and still only one staff assisting. In the last year they have messed up my prescriptions, texted me to pick up when they weren’t ready and been completely unhelpful when asked questions. Customer service here is a disgrace and I will be taking my business elsewhere from today.
