"C'est une vraie réview de la petite cour pour tout-petits à côté du centre communautaire. C'est la meilleure aire de jeux pour les tout-petits L'étiquette dit qu'elle est pour les âges de 2 à 5 ans. This is actually a review of the little tot lot next to the community centre. This is the best playground for little ones! The signage says for ages 2-5. My almost 1 year old had a great time today. The two structures are very much earlier walker friendly. There are also a few things to keep older siblings (3-5) entertained - music equipment, a spinner and an "ant hill" you can put hot wheels cars through.

Poirier Community Centre is a staple in the Coquitlam community. The gardens and covered walkways are fantastic for a relaxing walk with a small child or your dog. The city has done a fabulous job with the flowers and gardens that lead you to the rose garden next door. This is definitely a great place to hang out and wait for your child if they are in hockey, swimming or other sport across the street.

Nice little community centre with a very homey feel to it. They have a lot of classes for kids ranging from cooking and music to martial arts. There's free parking, a waiting area inside with tables, and a music themed playground for the little ones beside it. We love bringing our kids there. We also had our kid's birthday party there, and it is perfect for younger children, as the centre has a lot of fun gymnastics equipment for the kids to play (including slides, ball pit, and a small trampoline). Ideal option for winter babies, when you can't just make a birthday party outside at a park 🙂

The best rink around by far and the rink itself gets 5 stars!! Love the place, but the little kiosk....the food quality has seriously nose dived over the last 2 months. Had the yam fries two weeks ago and the fries was hard and over oily. Had the chicken quesadilla last night and the chicken was burned. It was also too oily and had no seasoning.

Ever since this rec center was renovated a few years ago it's made the world of difference! Totally fun and rejuvenating place I go to at least once a week. My faves are sauna, steam room, lots of laps in the pool and the occasional hot tub! There's also yummy food upstairs!😍
