Port Moody's popular Eagle Ridge hospital. A well kept and clean hospital serving us in the area. Much loved and serviced by friendly and helpful staff. Expect pay parking and waiting time.

This emergency room is a complete disaster! Had to wait 7 HOURS on a Thursday just to see a doctor—absolutely unacceptable! The staff couldn’t care less, showing zero urgency or compassion. I watched multiple patients give up and leave because they couldn’t afford to waste any more time waiting! This place is a joke—completely incompetent and disgraceful!

Spoke to a nurse on the phone who suggested I go into the ER based on my symptoms yesterday. Triage nurse was great and really listened. She scheduled tests so results can be in when in see the Dr. Some of the nurses were not friendly and not shy about being rude to one another. 8+ hours later I finally see the Dr who was so rude and lacked any compassion or bed side manners. I was tired, It hurt to breathe. I told him I’ve been waiting since 2 and he said, " so is everyone else” in a rude way. No empathy! He asked why I was here. I said I told the nurse and doesn’t he have it the file he was holding. He said yes. I added she sent me for test and he said he had my test results and wouldn’t give them to me because he wanted to hear from me why I was there. I told him with fighting back the urge to cry.
I know good, compassionate doctors and this person wasn’t one of them. It’s like he didn’t care to be there.

Prior to seeing the dr, I was put in a room , my vitals were checked and then left to fend for myself. I was then moved to a different room and then told to put on a gown. No warm blanket was offered and I had to figure out on my own how to adjust the bed.
No sense of compassion or empathy from the medial team that worked there.

Something needs to be done. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity!

The staff is very friendly and polite! One problem! A very, very long wait! Be prepared to wait a very long time! Why is that?! No one gives an answer! We have been to this hospital several times! And all of us have waited several times for an examination by a doctor for more than 10 hours! It is simply terrible!

I had to bring my Daughter, and infant grandson To the Eagle Ridge Hospital. They were both very sick with fevers and could not keep anything down. I had never been to the Eagle Ridge Hospital before. I have been to many hospitals in my 55 years, but never Eagleridge. I must honestly say that this hospitals staff has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced in any hospital that I have ever been to. The admitting staff were polite, attentive, sensitive, Pleasant and very professional. The nurses were extremely kind, attentive
and empathetic. Always smiling and taking the extra time to let us know what was going on and answer our questions. The doctor that we saw was absolutely amazing. We did not feel like he was rushing the diagnosis he answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were we mattered. Hats off to all the staff at Eagle Ridge Hospital in my humble opinion you are amazing.
It is difficult enough to have to watch your loved ones ill and in pain without having to deal with irritated and rude staff. We did not experience that at Eagle Ridge.
They truly went above and beyond In their duties as medical professionals and human beings.

The best nurses and doctors come out of this hospital I had my mom here for a week and they brought her back to amazing health they kept monitoring her and kept her hydrated and fed her. than I took my fiance here and right away was admitted and also taken care of I'm so grateful for the hard work and dedication these doctors and nurses do around the clock here at eagle ridge hospital THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HAR WORK AND DEDICATION YOU WILL BE FOREVER LOVED

Visited ER with shingles. There was no parking space here, so I parked across the street.

After registering, the nurse told me to wait in the family room. No one is coming for over 4 hours. While I was waiting, I looked at Google reviews and found that 4 hours was nothing.
I was more stressed and decided to leave before my symptoms worsened.
Everyone knows it's not just a problem in this hospital. Let's hope Canada's healthcare system improves.
Thank you to the medical staff who are struggling.
