A good UFA, with relatively clean bathrooms. It is hard to keep up with floor washing when it's rainy and muddy out. Conveniently accessible off of the highway. Lots of space to park away from the pumps if you need to stretch or let your dog out to take a sniff around.

The washrooms are filthy and there was no toilet paper. We have noticed the cleanliness going downhill for the last few stops over the past yeat. However, No toilet paper is inexcusable when it is a long weekend and clients stop for gas. This used to be a great UFA. Not anymore!

UFA are usually my place of choice for fuel and showers, but this location is rough to say the least. I've used the shower a few times now in the last couple weeks and it is GROSS!. I honestly don't think it has been cleaned once since I've been coming through Whitecourt...not once. The same "yellow" stains have been on the toilet every time I've been there. The floors are absolutely disgusting, and there's filth on every surface. I'll be paying for showers at the Flying J down the street from now on, at least they clean their shower rooms regularly.

Nicely kept and well run card lock. Regular and dyed diesel and gasoline. Card lock is just off the highway. A little out of the way for residents of the town but good for travelers

TRICKY PRICING. Check the GAS prices before fueling. Filled a few times here and its about 7 cents higher than the pumps up the slope. you don't know till you fill. Plus GST. other pumps normally include GST in the fuel so add another 5 cents on the dollar to that. (at time of this review, Gas was 12 cents higher than the other pumps in the vicinity.)

Great station. Excellent service. Great people
The new card readers are miserable. Just bad. UFA is screwing the pooch with these. Moving to COOP and Petro pass because of them. Edit; again no receipts. The substantially smaller rolls in the new POS readers. Major downgrade coming to all UFAs to serve you less

Bathrooms were clean except for the floor. But it was snowy and just some muddy boot prints on the floor so I mean if you plan on rolling around in there you'll have a bad time. If not, it worked great for me.

Gas pumps worked fine in the cold. I liked it.
