Went to the Car Wash today, and it was a very bad experience. We waited in the line for at least 20min, which is completely fine, but it shows how busy it was. We finally got to the machine and there is no way to pay it. You must have a code, so we did a search online on how it works and ended up seeing that we needed to download Co-Op CarWash app. We download the app paid for a code and the code does not work. At this point a line of 6 cars waiting for us to decide what to do. We back out of there, and make our way out. We park and try to talk to the person behind the counter and she says they are not part of the app system, and we must purchase the wash code inside. Which again is completely fine, IF they had any indication of that once you enter the gas station. If you are coming from Blue Jay St. You are pretty much into the car wash lane, with no indication of requiring to buy any code inside the convenience store. We went home and contacted 3 different phones from Co-Op, Main Office, transfered us to Chilliwack, as well as the Island Co-Op to get help but none could. Frustrating experience not going back which is sad because we just moved 100m away from it.

Didn't want to give one start cuz the Tim Hortons girls are nice but the co-op lady didn't even try to help me. Had a company gas card not work at the pump. So I went in and she told me I would have to pay personally. No thanks I guess I won't be stopping here anymore.

Competitive gas prices, super friendly staff, and amazing touchless car wash! However, the option to buy a car wash at the pump seems randomly available though. The pumps that let you buy a car wash at the pump, will either run out of paper (always), forcing you to go inside to obtain a printed wash code, or it won't let you buy a car wash at all, forcing you to go inside to buy a separate car wash after you've filled up (they will honor the discounted car wash price). Although this is a minor inconvenience, but it has been an on-going problem for more than a year now. The staff says the pumps will be fixed soon but it still hasn’t happened yet. Understandably, this is related to a shortage of parts. On a positive note, their staff are always friendly and courteous! So, I am giving you a 3 star for now. When the pumps are fixed, you will get a 5 star! 😊

This gas station deserves no stars. It is the worst gas station in Abbotsford. Several pumps are always out of order, most pumps only offer regular gasoline, customers park at the pumps and go shopping for awhile. We had to move our car to a different pump to find the gasoline we wanted and then someone else pumped gas on our card because the attendant was not astute enough to switch our pre-payment the other pump. Don’t fuel up here.

I’m a member and big fan of Co-op but this location should be avoided. Normally I don’t write reviews but there were too many surprises to let it pass. Half the pumps don’t serve premium (with no signage indicating it). Another pump didn’t accept debit/credit, another pump was broken/out of service. Car wash wasn’t working. Not sure if they’re just hitting some bad luck or if they’re not maintaining their equipment - either way, I left disappointed and moved to their competition across the street.

Car Wash - I've tried a few in Abbotsford. This one is the best IMHO. Very pleased with the outcome. No residual dirt or soap like some other places. Definitely going back. The price ranges from $10-$14.

Went to this location today to wash my car just to get the overspray off from the last rainfall. I went through the wash twice and both times, my car still looked like it had not been washed at all and the dirt was not even think and just brushed off with a Kleenex or finger, After the second attempt I finally had enough and had to go to PAZ fuels on Fraser highway to get a good proper car wash. I definitely do NOT recommend using Otter coop on Blue Jay st. to wash your car, EVER!! A complete waste of $12.59.
