A beautiful historic building with inviting floral gardens and recreational amenities on its border. This includes a 2.2 km walk around neighboring Mill Lake. A wonderful retreat for friends and family or a solo run.

Beautiful house and out buildings. Also the lilacs I snagged from their garden, the night before my "evil step-mom" gained her wings. (I miss her, I miss her smile and laugh). I think of her every time I walk past it on my way to visit Dad

The Heritage site (house) wasn't the main attraction when we went. We attended an Aboriginal Awareness Day that was being held there and it was great! We all had a really good time.

As a Wedding Florist ( Buckets Fresh Flower Market) we are asked" Where do we have our wedding"? There are many venues around the Abbotsford area but if you want a heritage spot with lots of character Trethewey House & MSA Museum are great locations, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for wedding ceremonies & receptions It is located on Mill Lake. A walk around the gardens will delight you and the staff have great ideas for your wedding.

For a wedding venue, Tretheway House must be very strongly considered. From a wedding photographers (Ken Pugh Wedding Photography), perspective, the opportunities for unique, creative photos at Tretheway are endless, and being so close to Mill Lake is a great asset as well. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. We are very pleased to have Trethewey House as a member of Fraser Valley Wedding Solutions!

As you step inside the house you are totally in 1920s. Loved the way history is preserved. Staff was so helpful and guided us through patiently. Please also do donate whatever you can.
