It's definitely a hit and miss, for the most part, a good local quick stop for needs. Lumber wise, it's a good experience and buy, and pricing is close enough to the city that it isn't worth the trip 90% of the time. However, although there is a small handful of great regular staff... Staff is ever changing, and so is the shopping experience each time. Some staff are friendly and helpful, and others seem to have a stick somewhere uncomfortable. Overall, still come here for needs as the products are there. The customer service needs some work and may be due to management if there are staffing issues, but I could be wrong.

Customer Service is super poor. I love humans who get into the Customer service industry to be rude on a Sunday morning.

Update: 5 months down the road and still nothing has changed. Workers are run down, turn over rate at a high, management stuck up. Not much more to say.

Amazing staff. Great selection on building aerials and much much more. Automotive, farm and agroo supplies with feed. Again just a great staff that will go to incredible lengths to make sure you are helped or referred to the proper place.

I grew up in this town, and recently went back to check out this home center. I have no words that could do justice to how impressive this place really is. There is everything you need and more for any job around the house, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend to go here even of its a bit of a drive for you.

Started stopping in here just to check meat prices. Was pleasantly supprised a couple times. Met the meat manager, really nice guy.
Sold me a couple of rib steaks. Really good steaks. Folks the meats here are #1 and fair priced. Thanks guys

The worst manager running this place. You can see how unhappy workers are. Members should be ashamed how this place is run. Manager or whatever he is , won’t even help customers , he gets other people do it . Save your money and stay away from this dump !

This is a nice place to shop for your building materials, and the employees are nice and willing to help you find what you need. The only thing is I don't like that they have to always order in a lot of the items and they take over two weeks or more to get the items.
