ABSOLUTELY WORST LOCATION FOR CAR WASH

I have been using the monthly wash pass at this location for the past three months, and my experience has been nothing but frustrating. The app consistently shows the location as open, yet when I arrive, it is temporarily closed. This has happened MANY TIMES.

The worst part is the complete lack of accountability or customer service. The staff on-site are unhelpful and provide no explanation. They have been telling me to send email to site manager. Sent email to site manager and support department, they failed to take responsibility or offer any resolution.

As a paying customer, I expect accurate information and reliable service, but instead, I’ve received poor communication, constant inconvenience, and no compensation for the repeated failed service. I cannot recommend this place and will not be renewing my membership.

If you value your time and money, look elsewhere for your car wash needs.

They usually have the best gas prices in the area, but the car wash is horrible. I’ve never had a good car wash there yet. The back of the vehicle is almost untouched. Honestly get the exact results of a $2 wand wash with only the water rinse cycle. If you’re wanting to try the wash, I suggest going on a Wednesday or Sunday as they have a wash for $7.99.

I have a monthly car wash subscription. On several occasions, I come to wash my car and the car wash is closed during working hours. I get charged monthly but do not get my car washes that I’ve paid for. talked to the manager and basically was told that’s just too bad you’re out of luck There’s no compensation when they can’t supply the product you’re paying for. Totally unacceptable. Terrible management a couple of free car washes for the times that it’s closed during working hours. Would’ve been totally acceptable but it too bad. You’re out of luck absolutely terrible service so be careful before you buy the subscription service.

EDIT: EVERY time I fuel up I need to go inside to get a receipt. Today, 4 other people from different pumps came in to get receipts! Pure laziness. I filled up after hours and bought a car wash. Guess what, no receipt. I tried to get reimbursed on it today and I had to stand around waiting for a manager to make a $15 decision! I got tired of waiting and for $15 you lost a weekly member. I hope you eventually get your shit together because your service is pathetic.

My NEW buddy at RIVERSIDE COOP STALBERT!! Excellent staff!! ALEX and staff have been wonderful to me and my friends and family. Go ENTER In a DRAW!!
