I'm writing this review on behalf of my father-in-law, as he doesn't have an email address, but he wanted to share his deep appreciation for Serving Hands Senior Care. Our family had the privilege of working with them, and we are incredibly grateful for the compassionate care they provided for my mother-in-law, who has Alzheimer's/dementia.
The caregivers were truly outstanding-kind, patient, and attentive to her unique needs. Despite her condition, she always looked forward to their visits, lighting up the moment they walked through the door. Seeing that joy in her was an incredible gift. Beyond assisting with daily tasks, the caregivers provided genuine companionship and warmth, which made a world of difference in her life.
The office staff was equally wonderful- always compassionate and willing to help.
If my mother-in-law had not moved into a long-term facility, we would still be using Serving Hands without hesitation. They didn't just provide care; they gave our family peace of mind and comfort during a very challenging time. It takes a special team to do this kind of work with so much heart, and Serving Hands has that in abundance.

Serving Hands matched us with the best caregiver. Unlike Home care we have the same person consistently everyday. Lisa has been wonderful and is very good at knowing what my husband needs practically before he does. She also does housework, laundry etc. We are very happy with her care.

From owner and management and all care providers they are all super fantastic all loving and caring. They Work together to adjust any times and any last minute requests. I would highly recommend this company for care of your loved ones.

This is the worst possible company to have tending to your loved ones. They have been looking after my aunt for a few months the office doesn't listen the the care givers or read reports. They truly don't care about the seniors that they are supposed to care for. They over charge their customers and yet supply nothing and treat their employees like they are disposable.
This should NOT be a company anyone should think to hire to look after loved ones, as they are fraudsters and only care about themselves and your money !!
One star is to much for a rating for this outfit... it's all bad .

We can't say enough about how Tamra and her team loved dad and the whole family so very well. They were always ready for a discussion if things needed adjustment. They kept assessing dad's needs as his condition changed. Dad's needs and our situation was challenging in many ways so it's with great appreciation that I recommend the Serving Hands Senior Care from our family to yours. Jolene

I love Serving Hands Senior Care! The name of the company really says it all. The owner, Tamra, and all the staff have servant hearts. I know I can count on Tamra ( and her staff) for wisdom, support, and encouragement. It has been a difficult few years with my aging mother, and Serving Hands has definitely lightened my load. I would highly recommend this company!
