This shelter is beyond disturbing. The corruption is insane. They threatened to call the police when I slept in 😂 Doesn’t even break a law, they have zero calmness. If you want to work/operate a homeless shelter; for youth especially, you need to have compassion & empathy for those who come in. Not sure if it’s prejudice or stereotypes they go off of, but the way they operate it is evil. Didn’t make it quite in time for the curfew by just a few minutes and was refused entry. If I ever decide to open a shelter, I’d do 10 times better than this inhumane company.

So I have a question.....so because a child I know that went there slept in past the time he should have been up that means he has to sleep out on the streets? I had this child come to me because he had no where to sleep because he was being punished for sleeping in. These kids that come to the youth center have mental issues going on in their head and lives. You should find out the reason they are depressed and try to help rather then discard them. Would you do that to your own child? So sad

I stayed at the shelter of and on over the period of two months and I am very thankful that is was there because without it I would have been sleeping on the streets, the staff were amazing and did everything in there power to help thank you so much for everything- Melissa
