Very Crooked! I will never do business with Servus ever again. Had a loan with them paid it out in October but they kept taking the payments out of my account, went in and they proceeded to blame me saying I was doing it! - obviously I would not have gone in to fix something If I were doing!
I’ve paid off loans before and normally payments stop but that’s not how Servus does business worst of all is that they wouldn’t own up to their mistake!

Extremely disappointed in the servus. I have now had to correct them three times with my account and a situation and they still manage to screw up. Getting really tired of having to be embarrassed when i have to put food back on the shelves or ask for help Buying diapers or food for my kids. Seriusly considering going to a new bank.

Servus in general is good bank, but this particular branch is terrible. They are never open despite having tons of staff and no customers during the few hours a day that they are open. Would not recommend for people who work for a living.

I went in I'm with another credit union they did not care to help me I went over to synergy credit union and they were great helped me out sent me on my way.
