Huge two thumbs down!! 👎 👎 Was just at this store for the first time. Purchased a bunch jewelry a purse and 5 pairs of shoes. The purse was way over priced to start. Then once at the counter I noticed the material on the heal of a pair of red shoes(that I very much wanted) was peeling off. The lady behind the counter noticed me looking at it, she then took the shoes and said we are not selling these and threw them in the trash can, right infront of me. I said excuse me I want those shoes and she said no we are not selling them, I stated that I was still willing to pay for them. She looked at me, smiled and said no. I again said I want those shoes and I'm gonna pay for them. She just smiled and stared at me and shook her head no. I couldn't believe that she was refusing to give me something I wanted to purchase despite the peeling heel. So ignorant, unprofessional and just plain terrible customer!!! like what ever happened to the customer is always right and what, is this FOR REAL? Like who does something like that? completely redicilous!!.This is a thrift store... A store full of used things and I had something taking from me that was on the shelf for sale and over priced at that, but was still willing to pay the 15$ and was told no!. I'm an adamant thrift store shopper and Ive never seen anything like this. I had just come from another thrift store where I had spent over 200$. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! I'll gladly spend my money else where.!! I hope

Grossly overpriced. The yarn is almost as expensive as in retail shops. The only cheap stuff is plates and mugs because they have a lot from it. Truly beautiful and rare items are kept behind the counter and marked “not for sale”. Then they disappear. I wonder how. They need to keep open beyond 5. Most people work 9-5 so there is no chance to visit the store. Staff closes the second room 30 min before 5 and they are hostile if you ask them to open it. Good store but they gave a lot to improve on!!!

Over priced and not very clear on the clothing sale they have on Friday and Saturday. Apparently they don't consider nylons or shoes clothing even though shoes clothe or cover feet which puts then in the category of apparel. Apparel is clothing that can be worn. Anything that can cover a part or whole of your body is called clothing. Therefore it is sensible to say that shoes can be considered as apparel. But the staff was very rude and not very professional with their stares.
