I had a trench drain w/ sump pump installed in my garage Jan 2025. The quote was done thoroughly and all my questions were answered quickly. The crew were on time and very pleasant to deal with, they worked very hard and completed the job on time......very respectful I might add too. Overall we are very happy with the results and it looks very neat and tidy, no more water sitting in the garage 🙂

Professional service.
Brock came to do an assessment and explained my options to me. The company has professional software, and Brock showed me on the laptop screen simulations how different options work.

Craig and Carlos came to my house in December 2024 and installed the sum pump. They dug out a hole, levelled it, and finished the flooring around the hole nicely. They followed Brock's suggestions and brought out the pipe to the front of the house, where the slope is more steep for the water to go away from the house. All that was done looks clean, tidy and professional.
No unfinished or unsealed edges.

I will follow up with Brock on how to improve the condition of my concrete flooring in the basement.

Great work, amazing customer service to start the process and all the way through. Brock’s care and attention to detail in designing a system that would work for us was the first indicator that they are the right choice. Our radon levels surpassed 2300Bq/m after the system went active it has not gone above 38 and regularly goes down to 5. The install took Craig and his team a full week of long days and to say they did everything possible to barely make an impact on the house is an understatement. When it was all said and done there was only two small drywall patches to be had. Thereafter they came to do post install testing and minor adjustments to tweak the system. These minor adjustments are well beyond anything expected and not something we even looked for. Craig and Brock’s professionalism is rare to find, and in my opinion if you have radon issues or any other service, that Basement Systems Edmonton can help with they are your best solution.

We really appreciate the help from Brock and his team. Their service is top notch and they are very professional and friendly. We had our basement waterproofed by them about 9 years ago. We still deal with this company for our sump pump checks. They were able to identify a cracked pipe (sump pump) leading outdoors and they fixed it at a nominal price the next day. Such a pleasant experience working with Basement Systems. We live in an older home, which they seem to be familiar with. They were able to come out quickly to provide a quote and got us in for service just as fast. The guys that came were friendly and such hard workers. Despite the weather being terrible (poured ran all day), they carried on and finished the job. They even came to get me to show me how the drainage system worked. They cleaned up the site leaving it how they found it. Would definitely recommend!

Alex was the rep who provided our quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional; I enjoyed working with him. The guys installing our sump pump system showed up on time, completed the work with little disruption and cleaned up afterwards. A hole was drilled through the stairs of our deck.. I knew some modification was necessary to put in the discharge hose, but I would have liked to be consulted about that first. Regardless, super happy with the sump pump in the end.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Needed a horizontal crack looked at in my basement. The owner came and inspected it. Another company quoted me $10,000 to water proof the siding of my house to ensure that crack doesn't go any further. Instead of trying to beat the quote or sell me a service he confirmed what I already thought, that the crack was nothing to worry about (see picture) He told me to monitor it and fix the grade outside the wall. No charge for the visit what so ever, even after I asked him to charge me. It is very rare to find any Home involved service that is going to be honest and fair.
