This is my 3rd year working with Candy, the first 2 I had no problems at all. Would have recommended no problem and did. This past year, she has been very unresponsive and complained about the amount of workload tied with my 2023 corporate taxes. Then after finishing my taxes she notified me that the cost will increase next year if the workload is the same, I asked how much and it took Candy 2 weeks to respond to my very simple question. After this unnecessary experience I will no longer be needing they’re services. Would not recommend.

Update: turns out I was far to nice in my above review. This is one of the most unprofessional business I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Extremely unresponsive, and condescending in email responses. This kind of treatment started after I wrote the review so they’re clearly upset I called them out on how they treat people. I’ve had unpleasant experiences with Candy Lamb and Erikka white, if you see them contacting you, request someone else. Absolutely pathetic.

Where do I start?. There are many accountant services provided in Edmonton in many price ranges. I was searching for a competent service with a reasonable price and, in a perfect world, would also be able to provide that personal service assure me all my financial and tax needs were taken care of. I reached out to the business, and they set me up with Candy Lam. She has been excellent and highly knowledgeable in the field as well, and she was able to find items in my taxes that many long-term accountants that I used in the past were unaware of. I will add that the long-term accountants came with an invoice that clearly didn't justify the lack of knowledge I clearly see that they did have. I very much love the TAX PORTAL they set up to make everything electronic, which saves those with busy schedules a lifesaver, and the virtual meetings help with questions. I will say that I can confidently say that I have found the business I will be using going forward, and I will entrust Candy Lam with all my tax needs. I am sure that many other competent individuals are working there, so I am sure you will receive the same service. I usually dont write such an extensive review, but you want to share it with others when you have a business like this. Thank you once again!
