The staff scream at there.clients all hours of the night and day.Some of the staff are awesome.They kicked me out when I got a settlement for when I was sensually and violently abused as a child when another tenant offered to put insurance on a vehicle I bought with money so we could get around More easily.I had no license but I wasn't driving the vehicle he was.I signed a contract when I got there and followed every rule and never got written up and they told me I couldn't come back even though it's cold outside and I miss my friends.I broke down when I phoned with my councellor and they had no compassion and said there reason was I had to many vehicles.I don't remember reading that on any contract.They make you feel less than they are.Sure the food is good and there are some good points but some of the staff a
have been there to long and have lost there compassion for people struggling g
to get back on there feet And there's nothing
we can do about it because they own you from the time you check in.I think we have been abused enough don't you.BEWARE.

Staff is screaming out of a speaker pointed at the street & another building at all hours.

Extremely loudly, AnnOYINGLY, condescending god awful tone.

I wish someone over there would deal with their obnoxiously loud rude staff. The whole block doesn't need to know your requests or your clients information.

I seriously hope this place doesn't get any kind of govt funding. They really dont know what they are doing or how to speak to people.

How absolutely horrible to claim to help people when all I've seen is enabling staff and down right verbally abusive staff.

I wouldn't wish a stay here on my worst enemy.

STOP SCREAMING OUT OF THE SPEAKER USE A NORMAL TONE. If you cannot do that perhaps find a new career. May I suggest a warehouse? You can cuss and scream at boxes all day instead of people.

I highly advise for noone to live here at all, some of the staff are considerate while others are very judgmental, downright rude to residents. The turnover rate for staff is astounding because the upper management treat them so poorly. Don't even bother trying to defend yourself if your clothing/belongings go missing upon entry, they won't investigate and even claim there was never any record of you bringing in such an item. Very corrupt practices.

Its like paying to stay in jail, mail and personal belongings are searched, food bank food best picks taken by staff leaving residents with frequent rotten/spoiled food being served. Staff can and will steal from you. Force people to work who are paying to live there. Staff is frequently condescending and resorts to yelling and screaming even when it has nothing to do with you, heaven forbid you defend yourself which just gets you into deeper trouble for something you didnt even do. Staff eavesdropping on all calls and medical visits

Love being forced to choose between a place to live and being able to walk without pain. Not allowed to wear my ankle brace for ankle i shattered over 2 years ago.

Management puts trust in people that don’t necessarily deserve it. Management uses funds to build things like cat houses, food money for the residents on cat food cat traps kennels toys decor Funds to buy cigarettes for residents that can’t afford it if they’ve pleased manament Favouritism among residents, the director sits with a very select few residents and treats other residents like garbage under her feet. Uses funds for her home garden for food for her home. Management turns a blind eye to abuse on residents by staff memebers, management is verbally abusive to vulnerable ppl in their care. Management allows special privileges to residents who are abusive to other elderly residents.
Management steals funds.

I stayed here and Linda and Michelle were very helpful when I moved out they helped me find a place good on you girls and thankyou
