Worst customer service prior to getting to speak with receptionist, the two staff members continued to whisper while ignoring me, then after waiting for their playground activities to finish, I spoke with the one receptionist who told me they are not a job agency and their hiring programs have finished.

Update 16th November: OSP phoned me and offered some new programs to assist to get the unemployed back into employment, they are not an employment agency but offer employment services which is good if you need to update yourself prior to returning to employment.

but as I've exhausted my finances I have to leave Edmonton.

Personally, my career advisor is Dayna Lamarre, who possesses a remarkable ability to listen with genuine empathy, and also, my cheerleader because of her positive reinforcement and belief in my abilities kept me motivated.
My career advisor possesses in-depth knowledge of resume writing. She understands the degree of tailoring a resume to stand out in a competitive market. Beyond the resume, my advisor also assisted with my cover letter. She helped me create a compelling narrative that complemented my resume.
