This place is one of the worst places to go to. The people there are not professional at all, and they are not honest with counting bottles. I have given them many chances and they have been quite far off everytime when it comes to dollar amount being returned. Pretty scummy business...

Go somewhere else
Previous time i went there I was certain I was shorted ....
This time I made an educated assessment of how much i had, 12 large bags... I estimated light. at roughly 60 to 80 dollars only to receive less than $40.
Count your bottles or go to Morrinville

I've given this place so many chances. I've gone three times when it says it's open and it hasn't been open. I've had it twice when I've walked in and found the staff inside sleeping and had to wake them up. And I also did a count test and they did legit rip me off 😔
One time I forgot a box behind and it was an honest mistake and they yelled at me when I was on the sidewalk to come back and pick up my box. It was embarrassing, inappropriate and not necessary at all to speak to me like that.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I brought in over 12 big bags of bottles and they took advantage that I wasn't watching as closely as I should have been. Last time I went with half the amount they gave $300 back and this time I got $135. Incredibly unimpressed and will be going to Morinville from now on.

When they are there it's fine. But some days they just don't show even when the web and sign say they should be open. That weak business sense.

This is the most unprofessional most dishonest bottle depot ever! Avoid and go somewhere else! They rip you off on bottle count. I’ll never go there ever again! 🤬😡
