Woke up after a horrible sleep due to a mini fridge being right beside the bed humming all night to slip in a big puddle of water on the floor. Went to shower and the tub wouldn’t drain, hole cut out in the ceiling patched with plywood that was barely hanging on. Beds were not comfortable and the 70s called and want their bedding back. Place should be condemned with all the leaking water issues. My coworker slipped in a puddle of water in his room as well.

the stay was alright. some rooms didn’t have ac and some of the tubs were very dangerous. i personally didn’t really enjoy it the rooms were so hot and they are extremely run down. i would not recommend staying here

One of the front desk ladies stole my AirPods when I left them in my room after I checked out. I came back and told the manager (after my boyfriend tracked down the employee with FindMyiPhone in the bowling alley across town and took my AirPods back from her), and the manager was very apologetic and understanding. He bought us drinks and a snack at the sports bar as an apology. Although I’m enraged at the employee, I am very satisfied with how management handled the situation.

They were in the process of renovations. But the freshly painted walls were a great update to the place! Awesome prime rib in the lounge as well!

Checked out this morning and the man was on the front desk was grumpy. I said good morning but the response was a grumpy face. Good day to start a day i guess.

Older, but clean and nice. Effort has been put into their professionalism. I would certainly stay here again! Staff is awesome!

During my stay last summer, I found the rooms dated and a bit musty (not sure if that is the right word). So, now I am on my way to Fairview with my Uncle who is a senior citizen in a wheelchair. After his daughter booked rooms for them over a month ago, they got a phone call from the owner cancelling the reservations the day before he was to arrive not because they were full but because they had voiced concerns over not being given a handicapped room on one visit after specifically booking it and another time even in the handicapped there was no room to maneuver a wheelchair until his daughter moved the bed. So, if you need a handicapped room you may want to book somewhere else because the safety of a handicapped person is not their priority!
I am so unhappy with how he has been treated. I guess a reservation doesn't really mean you have a room reserved.

Rooms need updating, tv’s weren’t working some nights (tower issues), some plug ins don’t work, mould starting in the shower along with housekeeping missing cleaning days (short staffed apparently) Management is accommodating and will work with pricing on long term stay rates which is nice. Beds are good.

Price was ok even with the discount but stayed in far nicer for cheaper. Location is great. Restaurants/ bar attached but the Helian Beer House has the best food in town by far. Would consider elsewhere next stay.
