Walking into Cochrane Toyota, you feel like family! We had such an incredible experience and have felt so supported and cared for by everyone we worked with.

Jeff was an incredible Salesman. We were in a jam for a new car, and he took the time to understand what we were looking for, to provide options, and was patient as we considered our options. We never felt pressured and he was quick to get things moving when we decided on our Hybrid Corolla. Pro tip: the gong is WAY louder than you expect, but is super fun to celebrate your new car.

Working with Josee was a breeze. She did all the legwork for financing and spent a lot of time coordinating insurance and registration for us and we were really grateful to have Honey to send our registration for us.

We had a great experience meeting Heidi in the service department who took a lot of time to explain the service setup and to set our mind at ease that as we continue to service our car in Cochrane, that it will be a transparent, supportive, and low-stress experience.

Finally, Rena has been so helpful in answering questions about service and the personalization for our car.

The experience at Tacoma Town (Cochrane Toyota) has been great, from the day I walked in (when I ordered my truck) to the Day that I drove it off the Showroom, Jeff was really helpful (and still is today) and the same goes for Josee!

Dennise was amazing to work with! Helped us get our new Tacoma. The whole experience we had buying our new vehicle was amazing. Stacey made the process so easy for us. From the very beginning she was very transparent, honest and really cooperative.
The staff was very flexible with my schedule to make the appointments work. When I went in to the dealership to sign the purchase papers and then again to pick up the vehicle Stacey made me feel very comfortable. She answered all my questions.

They refused to replace the oil and filters, despite it being covered under the protection plan I purchased with the vehicle.

I did leave you a voicemail. Anyway, if only you (the sales team) explain these things when trying to sell a car.. Lesson learned I guess.. Will be careful next time I buy a car.
