The worst restaurant experience.
I don’t know what it is about Sylvan lake and restaurants not having any idea what they’re doing but this weekend has been wild.

This was the most disappointing brewery we ever stepped foot in. The beer was mediocre. You have to get up to order and then get up and go to the front to get your order - which they likely messed up or forgot anyway.

The salads are awful - remember McDonald’s salads? This was worse. Check out the menu description in my photo and then what actually came…

We were a party of 14 that booked our reso in April and they had 0 things coordinated for us. They straight up forgot someone’s entire meal and when we inquired about it 3 times we were told it was coming…

The one and only server they had didn’t understand the menu or punch anyone’s orders in right and the cook who came out of the kitchen to help with front of house had hair down past her butt with no hair net.

The entire situation was awful. Did we mention it was 2 hours total? Other reviews indicate the owner of this business doesn’t tip his staff.

Best to just stay away.

We went there the atmosphere was outstanding, If you're a fan of hearty comfort food paired with a great selection of brews, look no further than this gem of a restaurant. Their fish and chips are a must-try, with crispy, golden batter enveloping flaky fish fillets that practically melt in your mouth. And don't miss out on their unique butter chicken skewers, a delightful fusion of flavours that will leave your taste buds tingling with delight. Food served by Ravneet and costumer service was perfectly fine. There food Top it all off with a cold pint of your favourite beer, and you've got the recipe for a perfect night out!"

Best place for food combos,I went there today morning and they had special meal going on for mother's Day special just for 25.99 dollars for drink, appetizer,main course, and dessert. I ordered butter chicken skewers and Hawaiian cocktail which is absolutely amazing and delicious. The girl named Rav she is super friendly and fast,so customer service 10 out of 10. I like the vibe and atmosphere there. Thank you Rav for amazing service and fresh food.

In addition to the really good food, I must say that our server today was so kind and patient, as the group tried to decide what they wanted and were talking non-stop. ?I love dinner there as well. An unexpected gem!! The burgers were INSANELY good, including the chicken burger too. So fresh and flavourful! Friendly smiling staff, timely service (especially when everywhere else on the strip had long wait times), great beer and cocktail (we tried a flight and the watermelon fizz). Go for the nacho burger, you won't be disappointed. Great patio too!! Highly recommend!

Where are the best beers and do buddies need to hang out? I would say this is it! For younger crowds, and with our puppy ? (you knew they are part of the family too! ) at their patio deck area. Love the refreshing drinks with a twist! Love finger-licking foods! My favourite was the shrimp ?! They do have shakes for kids too, and the arcades! They have everything! Come and check them out! Highly recommended with satisfaction guaranteed!

To start, the beer and food is just mediocre. The reason for the poor review though is because the service was absolutely terrible. The server just came up to our table and stood there expectantly, no hello or anything. I watched her do this with another table too (twice because they weren't ready when she came over the first time). She brought out two out of our table's 3 orders and didn't say anything about the third. About 7 minutes later it came out when the other two were nearly finished. She put through my husband's order wrong, which we understand could have been an honest mistake, however there was no quality check and she was the only one working and there wasn't an opportunity for us to go up to her before he just didn't care anymore and ate what he got. She looked terribly unhappy the whole time, the exception being after I paid and she was saying goodbye. We also thought the food was overpriced for portion sizes. I write this as a former server and wife of a server/bartender, we understand the industry and how sometimes it's not always fun. This was a bad experience.
