Horrible hospital worse than Kipling and that says a lot! Can’t get any care you’ve sat in there for 5 hours yet 3-4 other people get seen 2 minutes of them arriving (they have a sniffle) they forgot about me in the waiting room and when I came up to the desk they had no idea I was even here still waiting to be seen for 5 in a half hours staff needs to be upgraded and more doctors need to be in this hospital Kipling would’ve done a better job and they are pretty bad.

My mother in law was moved to this care home about a year ago. It is a very clean and well designed facility. The staff seem to take very good care of the residents. My mother in law seems to like the facility also. They seem to have a good variety of activities for the residents.

Excellent facility and staff....the doctor on call,Dr. Fallis i believe,was phenomenal!!!very caring and professional....the nursing staff was awesome as well....I felt in very good hands while there for a suspected coronary event...2 thumbs up!

Get a chance go anywhere else. They deal with such a large amount of patients they can't handle even locals if told that you can't be booked in for walkin and pain persist go to emergency and get told your wasting their time when you were told to go

Ridiculous when you have an apt at 2 PM. Leave WORK to come. First administration is away from desk for 30 minutes. Lab ladies see you know your in a hurry then disappear from their desk for another 30 minutes.. some people need to get back to work while you sit an visit in the back..
