Such a wonderful place to come to enjoy watch the hockey games good place for workout and the pool is a very nice place as well now my fav thing is dog n suds express a big new thing to really go for when you are there no regrets

We have been for public swimming, grandkids swimming lessons, and today I tried the AquaFit. Lovely staff, clean changerooms, and AquaFit was a blast.
Front desk staff was patient and efficient when I visited to get an access pass and punch card.

Fun and friendly service.
Prices are reasonable, too.
The only complaint is there are No anti slip mats in the family change rooms, and they need to add baby sit up seats that are on the wall. They have a change table in one of the family rooms but that doesn't help when you're baby is walking around. 14-24 months and is still wobbly.

Very nice facility. We drive up once a week from 100 Mile House to swim lengths in the pool and enjoy the hot tub, steam bath sauna etc. I wish that we had this facility here in 100 Mile. It might make it easier to attract younger professionals (Drs, dentists etc) with young families to come live in the area. They would have all the business they needed.

This place is almost a second home to me. Between hockey, swimming and various activities in the Gibraltar Room, there is always a reason to gather here. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities are kept clean, which can't be easy considering the sheer amount of people that make use of them. There is something for all ages, and hopefully a time that works for most everyone.

Great pool. Very kid friendly. They opened up an extra lane for me to swim in. That was super nice. The Gym is nice and has lots of space. Nice hot tub and sauna and steam room. Kids are allowed in these 🙂 They have a rock climbing wall attached to the pool which is cool.

Great customer service and many great opportunities to exercise I gym or pool. Also great bathroom facilities available for showers or other needs.
