A FIVE star review for this local Credit Union from me! I've been dealing with the Williams Lake and Area Credit Union for well over 15 years now. Starting out as the Treasurer or Executive Director for a number of non-profit organizations and more recently as a personal account holder. Always great staff, always helpful and prompt email replies to anything online-banking related. Short line-ups and adequate parking options, all a plus when dealing with the WL and Area CU. I especially recommend this institution when researching or applying for a homeowner's mortgage. In closing, I'd like to point out that the WL Credit Union is a huge community supporter and has helped many non-profit organizations with donations over the years. Thanks a million for your ongoing community support!

Ever since transferring over to the credit union as a suggestion by Susan Colgate, we have been so happy with our decision. I have questioned banking for many years but Victoria Saville has given me faith back in it. The atmosphere,service and professionalism is top notch jut they still make you feel like a friend and not a customer. Highly recommend giving them a shot. I'll never turn back.

When the big bank you have been with for 10 years tells you flat out no to being a homeowner and you leave in tears, all you need to do is see Victoria here at the CU. Should have seen her first!
She made our dream come true, she walked us through every step, and made sure we understood our options and took care of everything! She is kind and down to earth and exactly what we needed. We now own our home, have been here over 6 months and still the staff at the CU have been amazingly helpful with anything we needed! If you need help - go to the CU, they take care of their own like family and I have been very impressed. So long Big Bank, I'll never go back.

The bank tellers are all amazing and beyond perfect. Beyond that, don't expect anything. Had my direct payments for my job routed wrong for 4 months while my job was blamed, and had no help with other matters either. Consider other institutions for your banking needs.

Total trash especially after the new online banking update they keep splitting my deposits between my savings and checking accounts and when I lost a money order in the mail they acted like I never got one putting me out several hundred dollars and getting me interst charges for the bill when I did get it paid
