The person I had gone through, seemed more interested in that fact that I was indigenous rather then my actual issues at hand. I ended up leaving more upset then I had came in. They asked if my friend had ended their life because they were " gay " (they were assuming just because he had long hair) I had to explain over and over that he wasn't not that there would be any problem if he was we all would have loved him the same) and the councilor would not listen. I'm sure there are some other people who have had a great experience with this organization. But this was just the experience I had.

360ºkids operates a variety of programs to give kids the support they need to reach a state of safety and stability. 360 inspire them to rebuild their lives and 360 help them to overcome the obstacles they face. It is a complete 360º approach to assisting these kids and it has been successful in helping thousands of youth become healthy, stable adults who contribute to our communities. Funds received from donors will truly help make a difference in the lives of our many clients, and will allow us to continue running the many valuable programs 360 offer throughout York Region.

The experiences with a particular staff member have been unsatisfactory. Many concerns have arisen regarding this specific person, yet nothing has been done about the situation and her attitude. She has gotten away with breaking many rules, ridiculing children, treating children terribly, barging into rooms unexpectedly, and so on. It has also been brought to attention that this person is not a professional youth care worker. Her name is Nadia Aziz. Does not even have a LinkedIn page, nor any professional background in this field of work. Very disappointing. Especially of the people who are really in charge and expected to take care of youth individuals.

Speaking from experience this organization doesn’t help you get on the right track. They have some extremely aggressive staff, they don’t have much privacy for youth, it’s basically just a hangout for repeat offenders and a place to go after your done partying. & the fact that this is a newer location and they built it right beside the LCBO & beer store how is that supposed to help recovering alcoholics and people that are trying to get on the right track.
It’s not a welcoming environment and it deteriorates youth who want to get help and get better from accessing the resources. Do better.

I can't say enough good things about this program. My son was able to find a summer job through the Youth Job Connect -Summer program and he is extremely happy. The people running the program are incredibly helpful and responsive, and the service they provide is amazing. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

This is to help the youth? Then why are the attendees always high, drunk and out of control? Bothering the surrounding residents at all hours of the day. Aug 6th 2023 a youth overdosed outside. All caught on video as well as so much other ridiculous behaviour prior, “The Reality Of The Hub”. Look up on YouTube, Facebook. Out of Control!
